FOCUS-C.M.C. offers consulting services to clients covering all operations as they relate to their computer or information needs. These services include management consulting, workflow analysis, organizational restructuring, staffing and recruiting, strategic planning, and computer systems design and development.

FOCUS-C.M.C. has also directed their efforts into creating commercial inspection software for not only the Elevator arena and Boilers and Pressure Vessels arena, but to all facets of industry.
