The Contractor
Licensing System (L&C)
was developed to support the administrative functions
associated with issuing and renewing state required
licenses.
It is designed to:
• Provide the record keeping functions needed
to maintain the individuals and objects being licensed.
• Provide for the issuing of license renewal notices.
• Provide for the billing and invoicing for fees
and services.
• Provide for the issuing and re-issuing of licenses,
permits, and certificates.
• Provide for the collection of payments and revenues.
• Provide for the correspondence needed to maintain
a dialogue with the public.
• Control user access and provide system security.
• Provide reporting capabilities necessary for
management of day to day operations.
The L&C
is a PC based program compatible with Microsoft Windows
2000, and Windows XP operating systems and uses either
MS SQL Server 7, MS SQL Server 2000, or MS SQL Server 2005 databases.
