The Explosive
Technician, Company, and Site Licensing System (EXMS)
is designed to support the activities associated with
the inspection and certification of explosives sites,
storage companies, and related technicians. For technicians,
the program provides for entry of qualifications and
endorsements. The program links all technicians, companies,
and storage sites. Correspondence includes letters,
renewal notices, and permits. Reporting includes operations
and accounting reports. Additional reporting is provided
for local sheriffs and county officials.
The program
includes:
• Entry of individuals and technicians.
• Entry of companies and storage sites.
• Entry of sheriffs and law enforcement authorities.
• Invoicing and accounting reports.
• Issuing registration certificates and permits.
• Issuing of Renewal Notices to technicians and
companies.
• Automatic deactivation of expired permits.
The EXMS
is a PC based program compatible with Microsoft
Windows 2000, and Windows XP operating systems and uses
either MS SQL Server 7, MS SQL Server 2000, or MS SQL
Server 2005 databases.
